Tired of working in a pit and know that you have the ability to learn and grow. This is the job for you.
We are looking for a real self-starter that is looking to gain advanced skills in the automotive trade.
Preferred experience and skills are:
- Applicant has a good selection of hand tools (air gun, wrenches, socket sets, etc) with few specialty tools but willing to invest as needed to grow into bigger jobs.
- Applicant has some ASE certifications or will be able to qualify and is willing to test ASAP.
- Applicant has at least one year experience in a repair shop environment within the last 5 years.

Service Writer
Expanding automotive repair facility is looking for a qualified service writer or service adviser. Applicant MUST:
- Be a people person and able to show sincere personal interest in our customers.
- Have a grasp of basic automotive terminology and able to explain needed repairs in a patient manner.
- Be accurate and detail oriented with customer information and needs.
- Be able to communicate and ask helpful questions to determine customer needs and the best way to address them.
- Have a friendly smile and willingness to fix problems.
- Be able to handle phone calls with questions or needing to set appointments.
People skills are critical to this job. Experience with Mitchell On Demand and other estimating software like AllData is a plus -- but those things can be taught. Being friendly and ready to help solve problems can't be taught. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday -- no weekends.
